Here is a quick 12 question test that will help to show you sins that you have committed against God. Write down any more things that come to mind...things you have done against God.
1. Have you ever murdered anyone? Ever hated anyone or been angry at them?
2. Have you ever lusted after someone? Looked at Pornography? Had Sex (or fooled around) before (or outside) of marriage?
3. Have you ever stolen anything? Anything at all - a piece of cake or biscuit when a child, a lighter at the pub a pen at work - a sickie - cheated on taxes - the list is endless.
4. Have you ever told a lie? Even a white lie? At any time in your life?
5. Have you ever been envious of anyones partner, house, boat, car etc? Ever thought "I wish I had that" when looking through a catalogue?
6. Have you ever ignored, disobeyed or been rude to your parents?
7. Have you failed even once (or ever week!) to rest on the sabbath & spend time with God?
8. Have you ever used "Jesus" "Christ" or "God" as a swear word (OMG)?
9. Have you made a 'god' out of anything else (ie money, drugs, yourself, sex, any addiction etc)?
10. Have you spend more time with anything or anyone else than you have with God?
11. Have you ever done anything that you thought you shouldn't have or that you regretted later?
12. Have you ever broken the law (no seatbelt, speeding, drugs, etc)
13. Are you a human?
If you answered yes to any of these then you have sinned. You have chosen either knowingly or not - to do your own thing instead of what God wanted and required of you.
#13 is there in case you think you are perfect (and no one is - we have all sinned). See even if you did somehow manage to never sin - you have inherited sin from Adam & Eve.
